Orange is the color behind the brand. From the very beginning hacona produces all its product with the factory typical orange color. Perfect look that reflects the quality - is one of the key aspects that our engineers have in mind when they develop a product. We do not accept even the slightest compromise in high quality and top appearance.
The entire machine is designed to assure the highest safety. The machine body and the connecting parts are mounted so precisely, that there is not even a single gap between them. No free running cables and no openings on the machine frame. It all serves the safety!
The sealing bar of each I-type / V-type impulse heat sealer is made out of ultra strong magnesium aluminum profile. This technology assures super strong base and absolute flat surface for the special designed industrial impulse sealing wire. In parallel we guarantee with the special designed aluminium ribs inside the sealing bar also a proper and fast cooling of the sealing wires after the sealing cycle is finished.

Modular Sealing Bag (MSB) technology is an innovation developed by Hacona Packaging which enables the sealing bar width to be changed within two minutes. All temperature, time and closing pressure settings automatically adjust to compensate for the change in width!
The sealing bars of any I/V-type machine is interchangeable (interchangeable sizes: 420 mm(app.16"), 620 mm (app. 24"), 820 mm (app.32"), 1020 mm (app.40") and 1320 mm (app. 52").
The V/I-type sealing bars are made of ultra strong magnesium aluminum profile. This technology assures super strong base and absolute flat surface for the special designed industrial impulse sealing wire. In parallel we guarantee with the special designed aluminium ribs inside the sealing bar also a proper and fast cooling of the sealing wires after the sealing cycle is finished.
ATTENTION: Warranty excludes sealing wire set (sealing wire, silicon rubber and upper and lower PTFE coating of sealing wires) and silicon rubber of pintch protection.
V – Type Economy vacuum sealing machine with 1 pc. small vacuum nozzle (only vacuum)
A flexible solution for vacuum packaging any type of industrial product.
(The vacuum machine has no gas flush option!)
The machine is designed to vacuum air out of small size bags. With the internal (build in) vacuum ejector it is possible to vacuum up to 7,5 m3 / h air (max. 650 mbar vacuum level) out of the bag. The internal vacuum ejector is a small vacuum generating unit, where the vacuum is generated by compressed air (the same compressed air which is used to operate the machine). No external vacuum pump or vacuum generator is needed! The vacuum time or vacuum pressure can be adjusted on the controll board (HMI).
This industrial vacuum sealing machine is designed to seal thick packaging films with a maximum material thickness of 1000 micron, or bags which are very contaminated on the inside after filling. Further it is possible to seal very creasy films where the material thickness is in the sealing are very different in material thickness. Thanks to the high sealing pressure the sealing will be even and air tight.

Attention: It is not possible to udgrade an V-type Economy vacuum sealer later on to an V-type industrial vacuum sealer with wide nozzle or double small nozzle system!
